      • Ensure the product grid settings enable the “Quick View” option.
    2. Check Layout Assignments:
      • Navigate to Design > Layouts.
      • Ensure the Quick View functionality is assigned to the correct layout, such as Product Grid or Category Pages.
    3. Verify Product Information:
      • Go to Catalog > Products.
      • Ensure the products have complete information (e.g., description, images, price) that the Quick View popup can display.
    4. Inspect JavaScript Errors:
      • Open your browser’s developer console (right-click > Inspect > Console) and look for any JavaScript errors.
      • Resolve errors caused by third-party extensions or custom scripts that might interfere with the Quick View feature.
    5. Update Journal Theme:
